wanted a site that would attract customers for their Luggage
Delivery Service. They also wanted a way for potential customers
to get a price quote, and add news, articles and customer
testimonials of their services.
They also wanted a way of selling their gift cards online where
customers could enter the amount they wanted to spend. Utilizing
a simple shopping cart, gift cards were sold through their
store, on their site. |

Luggage Express also
wanted a Customer Service area that would collect customers
luggage delivery requests for customer service representatives
and to run reports on customers, monthly sales, and affiliates.
Their customer service area was web based and allowed in side
and outside CSR's to access request information and to contact
customers and complete sales as well as print invoices, and send
email confirmations. |

Virtual Bellhop, the
sister company of Luggage Express required a site that would
differentiate their high end service from their sister
companies, but that would enable the vistors requests to be
added to the Luggage Express Customer Service area. Each sites
requests were differentiated by company name during request
submission which enabled CSR's to quote pricing and services
separately, while being able to combine the two companies for
reporting and to streamline their CS areas. |

Universal Express, a
public company needed a site that would give investors and the
public access to information on the company, such as subsidiary
information, press releases, news, articles and videos of
corporate events as well as webcasts.
This is a very large site, consisting of several data areas to
help organize information without making the site cumbersome and
very easy to navigate so visitors could find what they wanted
quickly and easily. |

personal training company. They wanted a site that would be
attractive and that would give them an online identity for
selling their services and products, as well as to give
information on fitness.
This site has a members area where members can change their
information and see their progress as they train. It also
incorporates a simple article administration area for articles
they write concerning fitness and health. |

This site shows exactly who they are, and it's done with a
graphic and text based navigation system to add appeal and
identity for their business, on and offline. |

offers a wife variety of shipping services. They required a site
that would identify those services and enable customers and
shipping customers to track packages. This is a simple site with
data areas to enable tracking and progress of shipments. |

online private postal community and sales site. This site not
only gives information on the industry, but through it's members
area provides it's members with message boards, shopping carts
to purchase items, articles, and rss news feeds that pertain to
the postal industry. Sign up capability and a store locator for
consumers to find postal stores nearest their zip code, city or
